 Our Founder  -- Abdul Majeed ( 1923-2005 )   

               "Our revered Founder Janab ABDUL MAJEED (R.A.) a true muslim in sprit and attitude was born on Jan. 15, 1923 in Meerut. He set an example of triumph of perseverance. He joined his duties as a primary teacher in 1948 and retired as H.M. in 1983 in Distt. Board. "Educational status of muslim is a matter of immense concern". This became a part of his thinking and working. On the same he kept on working whole his life. He dedicated himself to the cause of education. He had no resources so he started teaching students at home for no charges.

       After his retirement he came to Delhi and founded many educational institutes including Majeedia Model School, Madarsa-e-Jadeed, Al-ILM foundation and Jadeed foundation trust.

        Simplicity remained true hallmark of his personality. He was so pious, took all adversities in stride, bearing smiling face and affectionate heart. He led an austere and disciplined life through out he woke up before sun and paid Namaaz before starting his day. He ate simple food, put simple ordinary kurta payjama and khadaon. He believed and reinstated "Efficient use of resources". He didn't hesitate using small pieces of paper which were torn and waste. People called him saint due to his spirituality and repulsion to materialism. He had calm and simple outer personality with a splendid soul and a beautiful heart. He imbibed Islamic values in his life completely and was a model pan excellence for Islamic code of conduct. He made human race and humanity obliged to him.
